Intro: Sincerity Support Services started as a husband and wife team in July 2018. We have been very selective in who we employ to represent us, we have men and women of experience and are making a difference in many of the lives of those we support. All staff are trained and qualified both inhouse and in compliance to NDIS QSC checks and mandatory training modules. All staff are up to date with advanced first aid certification.
Sincerity is the name originally given to us by a client and we are proud to have a name that says who we are but also describes a standard of service that we deliver, and I think it holds us to account as well. Thank you, Kerrianne!

Why use us?
My father told me when I was a young man, "find a job you love son and you will never work a day in your life" at the time I had no idea that I would later discover the most rewarding thing in my life is to help other people. After many different jobs, from car detailing to telecommunications engineering in the top Telco in the country, I enjoyed many of them, but they were all jobs. Being a director of a registered NDIS service provider is something wonderfully rewarding and amazingly fulling and challenging.
I had battled my own mental health conditions over the years, and I have family members and friends who had different types of disabilities and mental health conditions that I gained an understanding, an insight that combined with age and life experiences brought me to be a compassionate and empathetic man, with a heart for those less fortunate. That is not to say all members of the community living with disabilities are less fortunate.
A diagnosis doesn't have to define who we are, many people living with disabilities are wonderful contributors to the community and with great support and advocacy are assisted to live the best life they can.
I am very fortunate to have a dedicated partner, my wife of 43 years, Loretta is as equally passionate about supporting NDIS participants as I am, she also loves the work we do.
Loretta has spent many years working with the elderly and disabled and worked in pharmacy for many years, has amazing product knowledge of medications, which has proven very useful on occasions. It is great to work with my wife of 43 years as we share the same values and motivation to support those living with disability and or mental health and love it.
Our Mission is to assist NDIS participants to obtain their personal goals, and to ensure the correct supports are in place to advocate if and when necessary to ensure NDIS participants have the right plan and the best support possible.
At Sincerity Support Services we place each individual NDIS participant at the centre of everything we do. We are a disability and mental health support service making a difference to those we serve. Our role is more than just support, it is assisting a team of supports through connecting to the client's carers, families and Allied Health professionals, all within the boundaries of confidentiality and always with the permission of the participant.
Recognising that everyone is unique, a flexible approach to supporting each client is based on their individual needs. We focus on assisting our clients to achieve their own personal goals, in their own time and through applying positive reinforcement, encouragement, and a genuine compassion to assist every client in becoming the best they can be. Every NDIS participant is different and unique. We show love and compassion in all our support, we go over and above to ensure our clients are supported not just when they are with a support worker but knowing they have someone who will look out for them when a situation requires that extra care or reassurance.
